Rome McElroy has been managing talent since 2007. Working with indie bands and labels in Sydney, Australia then moving to Los Angeles, CA in 2009 to work with the management teams of Mazzy Star, Jamiroquai and Neil Young.

In 2013, Rome entered the online world managing YouTubers Jenna Marbles and Julien Solomita.
